Refund policy

Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for returning goods, your item/s must be unused and in the same ‘brand new’ condition that you received it, packed as new and in the original packaging. We also need proof or reference of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be considered. (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

We stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Refunds
Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we will contact you to discuss the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed by way of a bank transfer to your supplied account number. (Note: we have no responsibility for the transferring of funds if the wrong account number was supplied)

Only regular priced items may be subject to a refund, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, especially if deemed Rural Delivery by the freight company.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or obtain insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
